The beta servers will not go up right away however, and we will keep you posted on any new material that may arise to allow us all, invited or not, to get a chance to play StarCraft 2 Beta.

Previous News: None of this informations is validated by Blizzard, however there are rumors swirling about that korean site "Fighter Forum" (Which has some some accurate AND inaccutate information) that Starcraft 2 Beta will be released during this year.

In this same article, SC2Zone.com would like to point out to you that Fighter Forum also says there is a fourth race. Well...I guess it's "fighter forum"s words against Blizzard's.

Also, another rumor is that when StarCraft 2 comes out, blizzard will shut down the Starcraft 1 servers to "ensure stability"

Coming from this webmaster that sounds like bullshit. Diablo 1 servers are still around, yet you can only go to specific chat rooms. If by any means blizzard decided they needed to shut down old servers, there is no doubt they are buying new servers for Starcraft 2, and won't use the servers that are now running Starcraft 1.

Speculation is fun. But try not to spread rumors that are clearly manifested inside an excited 11 year olds brain who is desperate for someone to listen. We make sure that our information is accurate and all your StarCraft 2 needs are met properly.
